my new sim isnot workin

i have a new iphone 16 pro max and i ask for a sim replacement as my other sim stopped woring. as the customer agaent send me an esim to activate on my phone but that on got canceeled and no  one informed me . i had the call in yesturday . this i annoying. i keep going back and forth

Standard procedure now is to disable the current SIM when a new one is requested, weirdly ... Ring O2 from another phone - info here:
