When I verify my account with phone number, I then enter the provided code but repeatedly get an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Can you help as I want to try and get tickets tomorrow! Thanks

and uninstall the app, restart the phone (power-off, power back on) then reinstall the app, that sometimes works, @Vicks - good luck!
