Why can I NEVER top my data up??

Not good enough service for what I (over) pay. Better get it sorted soon or I won't be the only customer you will lose. Let me top my data up. My money. Your 'service a joke!! Sort it now. Losing patience.........

Occasionally, Web topup will fail - there used to be a limit on how many PAYG accounts could use the same credit card or debit card, so you need a different card for every pair of PAYG numbers.

 

Also lately I have had difficulty using web topup via WiFi and my ISP from my phone - switching to O2 4G on the phone (turning WiFi off) for the task, or moving to Chrome on  PC has helped.

 

It can be hit and miss online, @Flipoff88  but as others have mentioned, there are numbers you can call to top-up via phone, as well as vouchers and PayPoint or ATM Top-up.

 

If data is a problem, maybe you need to switch to a different bundle with more data, again online is easiest, or drop into an O2 store.
