Why am I not receiving my monthly discount

I have a contract for a Samsung phone which I received earlier this year.  At the time an O2 representative help set up a discount for me being a key worker but I still have not received this discount.  Can you please add this to my account.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
