I moved to O2, and transfered my number with a PAC. I got a temporary number with O2, then got my other number transfered over. My O2 is showing the new transfered number, but the security code for my details is being sent to the old temporary number which I can't access now.
Live chat insisted that there's no way to change the number to the new one, it needs to remain the old temporary number, and I need to change my email address and create a new O2 account instead. I don't really want a new email address just for O2, and keep two accounts.
Is there anyone else I should be speaking to instead, because this is something O2 could have done when transfering the number across, and should be possible to update now.
