@Kevintheblue You need to check in My O2 if you are eligible for an upgrade. If you are then you just choose a tariff with Unlimited Data. If you aren't eligible for an upgrade then you would need to pay what you owe on your current contract and then you can upgrade.
Just be aware even with unlimited data, you will be restricted to 25GB if you travel abroad.
