Track my recycle order

Hi there i am trying to trace my recycle order it was same order number as my new phone order . Ive now received my new phone but still waiting for my recycle pack so i can send my old phone back to you .

You need to contact Customer Services, all the ways in here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - if calling, 8am should be best, if using the Social Media team, 7am.

Take lots of pictures of your phone as you pack it for sending, as there can be queries later about transit damage that impact the value of your return, @SOTC. If just a plain recycle with no value, note you can keep the handset now it is fully paid off or take it to CEX or similar and see if you can get a few £££ for it. Good luck!

There are also plenty of online buyers of old mobile 'phones @SOTC. I have used Mazuma Mobile on four occasions and always found them to be fair :-
