Adding accounts to My O2

I have linked my Virgin Media and My O2 accounts together. I have three mobile phone accounts but only one is visible on my O2. How do I add the other two accounts which were started before O2 took over Virgin's mobile services?

I got the audible extra but when I go to redeem it doesn’t even leave the O2 website. Has anyone else experienced this?
