Sim Swap not activating after upgrading,

Hi. It’s been 24 hours since I done the sim swap after getting an upgrade and still nothing. My old sim seems to still be active and the new one just isn’t registering.

Did you follow this guide starting from your old sim?

But you can just use your old sim in your new device if it fits.

I done the step by step, I got with it. I’ll try it again, if not I will will use the old sim still, it’s just a different number all confusing as I have 3 different numbers lol Thankyou I’ll give it a go slight_smile

A sim swap transfers your number and tariff to a new sim, that's all.

So it will just contain the same details as your old sim. The only benefit would be to switch to a 5g sim if you were able to receive a 5g signal.
