Sharing Data

I am trying to set up sharing data for 3 phones that have. When you look at the process suggested for selecting phones to share items, I am not being given the option to select the phones to share data.

Has anyone experienced this problem and resolved it?

You need to convert the plans on the phones you want to share with to sharer plans.

If You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202 or any of the free numbers in the link.
Use Skype if necessary, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud or upgrade option if necessary

Thanks for replying.

Three numbers that I am looking to share the data between are all on new refresh plans. When you look at the screen showing the info, it details the devices and states 'Devices with data & able to share'. 

I just dont get the option to select the devices to share with.

Yes, able to share from but not able to share to as they aren't on a sharer plan tariff.
