Hi
I've tried to speak to an O2 customer service actual person but not having any luck getting through ...
I've actually moved over onto another network now, and taken my number. Now I'm doing my accounts, I'm trying to access my billing history but of course, I don't have an account with O2 anymore, so I can't access my O2 online ...
I want to view my historical bills and also, my SIM only was about £10 a month, and my last bill was more than £30 so I want to view that bill in particular ... can't get through to speak to anyone and can't access my online account ..
Does anyone have a customer service number i can call where I'll actually get put through to an agent?

You need to call O2.
All numbers are in this guide
You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
