Hi,
I recently transferred from Virgin mobile to O2 mobile, porting my number over. I registered for My O2 but every time I try and login it says there is an error, my account is not active and to wait 48 hours.
Has anyone else had this or can anyone help?

It could be that you need to reach out to the O2 Social Media Team, @TartanPug - links are just below this post (Twitter, Facebook, etc).
Or call O2 around 08:00, numbers in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support to check all is good with your account for https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-guide-My-O2/ba-p/1275603 to work as it should. Good luck!
