Solved: Problems unlocking phone to use on another network

I have moved away from o2 and transferred my number. But i am unable to unlock the phone. I log into My O2 but the 'more' drop down box I need to go to does not exist. I therefore cannot select unlock phone and enter the IMEI number, to get my unlock code. Please can anyone help - How can I unlock the phone for my Son to use on another network?
