Proof of purchase

I am trying to make an insurance claim to replace my lost phone and it requires a proof of purchase. Is there any way I can find my proof of purchase in my O2 or does your first air time bill count as proof of purchase?

A bill won't do

Look in Recent Orders in My O2

Use that by opening it, print and then change print, to save as pdf instead

They will accept that.

You can get proof of purchase by

-Visiting o2.co.uk and logging in 

-Click on the tab labelled device plan

-scroll down past the device details and select 'view Device plan (credit agreement)'

-Select the the phone you need proof of purchase for and you can download and print your credit agreement with all the device details.

This should be enough for your insurers.
