Hi
So my phone just stopped charging and have the accidental cover on the phone, do I have to wait for customer service to organise a replacement while they fix it?
Don't know why we can't do it over the website.
Is there a section on the website to send o2 a message of my damage to my phone or do I have to wait for tomorrow?
