My mother had a stroke in the Caribbean hence the reason why I am in Dominica. Out of the blue I received a text from o2 stating that I've been allotted o2 Roaming which means that I've got unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and all the data I need for £6 a day. The problem is that I do not require this service, if I did I would have requested it. Can you please take the appropriate steps to remove the o2 Roaming facility immediately.

It's much cheaper to use O2 travel than standard rates, however, This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
