Have just realised after all the years I've been with o2that my name is incorrect on my bill. How do I change this and how are o2 taking my money for direct debit if my name is wrong

Mine is the wrong too and I've often wondered the same, but it don't seem to matter to O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Oliver1 The name on the Direct Debit is all they really care about. If it's just a misspelling on your account, leave it until this crisis is over. If it ain't broke....
