Hi can anyone help?

I have been overcharged by 300 pounds due to a technical glitch that I spoke to O2 about last month, they changed my taroff without my knowledge and said that they would ensure that this would be rectified and I would not be charged. I have been charged and given the current situation my finaces have already been impacted and I needthis refunded asap.  Needless to say that I cannot get through to O2, have been holding for a very long time now and I don;t hold out much hope!

My bill is pay as you go and usually 10 pounds a month as I bought my phone upfront.

Any suggestions would be welcome!

If you are on pay as you go do you not have to top up before being charged?
I would imagine you would have noticed putting £300 on in 1 month instead of your normal £10?
