I ordered a couple phone cases over a month ago and only just saw it was cancelled. When i ordered it, it said it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive so i didn't think of checking till now. I received no email or text so say it was cancelled either.

I tried speaking to them via chat and they haven't been very helpful. The cases i bought apparently aren't in stock online but are in some stores nearby, but the prices have doubled. Is it worth asking to get the items for the same price as what i ordered them for?
