I thought I did not have an O2 account and cancelled my DD.
i have found an email saying I do have a contract with them but, when I log on to my account it is not there. Having no access to this number I can not add it and I can’t contact O2 to set up a new DD
how can I contact O2 without an O2 SIM?

You can ring Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302 using any phone.
