My O2 app - update problems

After updating a couple of days ago, the app won't run - just gives a blue screen then crashes.  Lots of comments on Play Store from people with the same issue but I can't seem to find anything here ... S3 Mini running Android 4.2.2.

Indeed - especially as it's advertised on the O2 website as being compatible with v2.3 & later.

Should be fine if that's what it says.

I guess an update broke it but they should be able to fix it easy enough.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Noticed v8.1 was on the App Store today so installed it - and it still has exactly the same problem - blue screen then crashes.
