My O2 App not loading

Hey all,

 

Got my O2 SIM Card today and my number transferred over - all went smoothly. 

 

Before the number transfer and me getting the SIM, the app worked fine. Now, whenever I open it I get this:

For a while now. I tweeted them but the response time there is awful, and have not had a good experience with their Customer Service on the phone so far. 

Any help appreciated. Thanks

That happened to me when I transferred my number from 3, it took a couple of days for it to start showing the information

You could try calling customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support but in these circumstances it usually resets when your next bill is produced.

I'll wait for the next bill cycle in that case. Can't see Customer Service being particularly helpful given past experiences 😅
