Got my O2 SIM Card today and my number transferred over - all went smoothly.
Before the number transfer and me getting the SIM, the app worked fine. Now, whenever I open it I get this:
For a while now. I tweeted them but the response time there is awful, and have not had a good experience with their Customer Service on the phone so far.

You could try calling customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support but in these circumstances it usually resets when your next bill is produced.
