The my O2 app displays something went wrong can't display usage and also when I log on here I am unable to access my account as it says something went wrong.
Additionally, I am unable to use the priority app as it says my number is not eligible to enjoy it. I am new to O2 so any help is appreciated

The number has to register on O2's system again. Both Priority and My O2 will be available in a couple of days.

The thing I don't understand is before my number was switched it all worked (on Wednesday). Yesterday my number was switched and since then it has stopped working.
