Mck infreeze code

I am trying to switch providers but didn't know my phone was locked. I was putting in the PAC code instead of the PUK code so it is now locked after 3 attempts. I now need an MCK code but customer services have never heard of it and keep sending me to Samsung. They insist its 02 who need to give me MCK and I am now without a phone since 6th April. I have disabilities and this is very stressful. Can someone please get me the MCK code

I have received an email asking if this is resolved but have not had any notification of the code yet presumably because it was the weekend.

It isn't instant unfortunately.

@TheresaV will need to request the code from Samsung and wait for a reply from them.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @FionaC1 I have responded to your message! Your code has been requested but as @MI5 said this might take up to a few weeks as we will have to wait for the manufacturer to supply us with it.
