how do i find live chat. all the info says speak to someone on live chat and I cant find how

thanks, it's not popping up. shouldn't there be a link to live chat in contact us section. Ionly want to change my spending cap so I can make a phone call.

To change spending cap it says "Once a day, you can add, remove, increase or reduce your Spend Cap, by contacting us through Live Chat. This can take up to 24 hours to take effect."

...but i cant find live chat. I can ask Aura which then takes me back to contact us page where no live chat can be found

They removed live chat from the contact us page due to covid.
