I'm not sure if this will help customers but you can access the old legacy system even if you are on the new 360

For those who are able to sign into My O2 on 360 see below

From here I can see all my older bills and my previous device plan

All my older bills were VAT invoices so I could if I needed to, simply download them

As I say this may help some customers

Yes on desktop @Cleoriff

Glad it worked for you

As I say, I don't need VAT invoices personally but lots of other info available there

Yes indeed @jonsie

Although I note that your 'blue' section starts on Feb 24. Mine starts on Oct 23 (Which is when  I moved to 360)

Interesting. Although you would have needed to have had vat bills enabled on legacy system for that option to appear, @jonsie

And as I have one of those phantom o2.co.uk addresses, I see this when I try your steps above, regardless of whether it is the drop-down for my 'real' number or the empty "Alias" one:

I get a "Ritchie" (???!) error:

Will check both avenues thoroughly on PC later.

Great detective work 👍🏼

I can see that being useful

I joined 02 in April 2022 and it seems I was moved on to 360 in the November of that year which is 17 months ago.

The fact that they have totally screwed up with be big roll out after all that time is a disgrace.

May the Lord have mercy on our souls when Virgin is fully integrated!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Tried on PC, @jonsie - same diddly-squat message about Userid:  null@o2.co.uk :

So it goes...

Didn't think it would work for everyone

Probably just customers who were changed over without problems

I was one of the seemingly very lucky ones....

Yeah, @jonsie - nice to know I am one of "hundreds", "many hundreds", "thousands" or possibly "millions" affected by this O2 systems issue 😖

I don't know why they can't simply swap every long-extinct "...@o2.co.uk" address in the new system for one of the other addresses on every account, bound to quickly reduce the numbers of affected subscribers to manageable size... 🤦

I suppose that would be far too easy, after all that damned pop-up message still rears its ugly, attention-seeking head multiple times an hour, years after its ubiquity on the Forum 🤐

Like you @jonsie, I had no issues when I was transferred over.
