@Esztus This is not O2. This is a customer community.

It can take 48 hours for payments to clear O2's account.

Speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. Use Skype to call free Guide: A Guide to Skype 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

When you do speak to them, arrange a Direct Debit which you're supposed to be on anyway and will avoid problems like this in the future.
