Just got latest bill and been charged for Disney plus which I didn't ask for or sign up to?

I've deleted it off my acct but how do you get a refund off O2 as unable to contact just going round in circles on their help and support.

Did you stop it just before it was due to end? If you stopped it after the end date then you would have had another month to pay.

If you have done everything correctly then you need to contact O2.
