Hi, my phone has been stolen and I can't locate my IMEI number anywhere on this site. I don't have the box either! How do I find it?

You need to contact customer services.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@Kay11
have you reported it via the Lost and Stolen route?

It's imperative you do this within 24 hrs, allowing O2 to block the phone and sim. If you don't contact O2, you will be liable for any costs incurred if it's being used by the person who stole it.
