@Mateusz If you're having a problem changing your details through your MyO2 page it would be best to call customer service 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait time. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/How-to-find-help-amp-contact-O2-A-Guide/m-p/1201416
