Transfer account

I want to transfer my daughter’s number to her and create a new account with her bank details. How do I do that?

Your daughter needs to sign up and pass the credit and affordability checks, and once her new account is setup you will need to contact o2 and migrate the number to the new contract (paying off any remaining device plan or airtime before the number can be transferred).

Your daughter will have to apply for a new contract I'm afraid. This will mean undergoing credit checks etc.
