As per title. The "Leaving O2" site here is useless:

It just sends me to the "Contact us" site here:
https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
The two sites just link me in a circle. There's no live chat to contact (actul live chat, not some bot that just links me to the "Leaving O2" again). There's no online form for email address either. I'm abroad now and I won't pay extra charges to do an international call. Can anyone link me to a live chat and/or contact form?

You need to contact O2. You can use Skype.

Is this supposed to be a joke? I'm not going to install third-party software just to get some customer support, and I'm not going to make an international call and pay extra for that.

No it's not a joke. Many people who are abroad and want to contact O2 without cost have used Skype. It's been a godsend during the pandemic.
You could use live chat, but they are limited. They can be found via this link Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or if you check in the shop one may appear if available https://www.o2.co.uk/shop
