Historical Bills

I'm trying to download historical bills for expense purposes. I know the page to go to and it displays the details for the March 2020 bill. There is a drop down to see the previous months. The drop down displays the previous months but when I click on any historical month nothing happens - the bill for that date doesn't show and can't be downloaded. I've tried on two different PCs using both IE and Chrome and tried on my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? How do I get my historical bills if the dropdown isn't working?

thanks

Have you recently changed your contract by upgrading or taking a new contract and moving number over?

@Rhi_1450

Did you press "go" next to the drop down box?

Hi everyone - thanks for the help! For some reason the "go" arrow wasn't showing before on IE but now it is. On Chrome the "go" arrow is still not showing (it looks white) but if you hover the cursor over it then it's there. So think that was the problem - I couldn't see the go arrow so didn't know to click on it. Not sure why it happened so could just be a glitch.

thanks!
