My O2 won’t log in

I registered my account last Thursday when I ordered an iPad, I am still unable to get logged into the app or online and I can’t find where to get in contact with anyone to fix it, i also got told the iPad I ordered was out of stock but I’ve heard nothing else since about when it’ll be back in stock. Can anyone help ?
