Hello. Trying to swap to vodafone from o2 and cannot get the sim to read. Phoned o2 who told me I need the PUK code which I have got but I don't have anywhere to enter it. I've tried looking on the o2 SIM which is no longer active as it's been switched off. When I enter the new SIM (Vodafone) it says Activation Required with 'dismiss' underneath. Then I got to a screen that says updated completed - continue - SIM not supported. Enter sim that's supported.
I can't log into o2 to enter the code as it says I don't have any services or products with o2?
Please help. I'm front line staff and I need my phone!

I cannot fill out the manual form because it says I don't have My o2. I've just been on and changed my password to log in and it's still saying 'oops something went wrong' at the top of the form.
