Hi,I’ve just received my phone and sim but I’m not to happy with the phone .I went online on change my mind policy but it says to contact O2 and send the phone back .I can’t speak with anybody on the phone .Do I need to call them or just send the phone back and they will contact me to choose another phone ?thanks
