Old VM customer

i purchased an iPad with a cellular plan from VM in 2021. I have since had the data only sim moved to O2. I get monthly emailed bills from O2 however when I sign up to “MyO2” and try to link a product to the account, it try’s to send a text to the sim, however its data only. I’ve been into my local store but they can’t help. I’ve tried calling but they don’t understand my problem. I have since moved house and need to update my address details, which I can’t do until this is linked. Pulling my hair out at this point

Have you tried temporarily moving the data SIM into a mobile phone to see if the SMS message is received, @Jayold?

Failing that, as nobody here can access your account, you will need to get O2 to help, all the ways to contact them here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - Social Media vie Facebook, link below, is another option - be persistent until an agent engages. Good luck!
