I ordered a samsung galaxy 8 watch through my my o2 page, they have taken up front money, but i have just checked order progress and it says cancelled, but can't find a telephone number to contact anyone to find out what is going on. Can someone please help

Similar issue with a simple sim only deal, no follow up from o2, no account creation and no sim card, had to cancel the whole thing after days of blanking.
I've been with Virgin media from the days of Blueyonder, maybe time to leave.
