Hello my brothers new sim card expired, he didnt top up and it has no signal nothing he cant login into 02 aswell. Thanks

The sim will need to be reactivated if it's not been off for too long.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
