Hello

I’ve Been on moneysupermarket and 32gb is 8 per month rising to 9.60 in march.

The link takes me to o2 where the nearest seems to be 40gb at 26 per month!

I currently pay 12 per month for 10gb.

The money supermarket deal seems to want me to change numbers.

How does this work?

Thanks

You would have to take a new contract with a new number

Then ask O2 to migrate your number to the new contract

Or you may need to port the number out to any network P&G then port back in to the existing contract

Thanks

seems a bit convoluted as I’m already an o2 customer.

Not sure why they can’t just give me the moneysupermarket deal for 12 months

@Dcollier

Call and ask them.

Contact the sales team – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

They won't do that

It used to be that you could simply upgrade to the new deal but they stopped us doing that around April this year

Very messy now so it depends just how much you want the new terms
