I've just ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which was brought to my house via delivery today. The delivery driver was unable to give me the parcel as he needed a 4-digit pin to confirm my identity.
I have not been sent a 4 digit pin, neither by text nor email, and to make matters worse My o2 says the order has been completed so I cannot amend the delivery.
