I've got one last payment left on my device plan, I've made an early payment ahead of the due date but the total hasn't dropped to zero in order for me to upgrade my phone. Trying to get a deal before it ends, any help with this?

The outstanding amount won't update until your bill is produced.
The ideal way of doing it is to pay as you go through the upgrade process, rather than in advance.
