Hi, I have an iPhone13 with a physical SIM and I have now upgraded to a. iPhone16 with an eSIM but I cannot get the number transfer and eSIM set up to work successfully. Please can you help. Thanks

If your plastic sim is still working I would advise you to stick with that

You'll need to go in store with photo ID to sort an esim or just continue to use your current sim.
