Hey, I changed my plan about 3 weeks ago, and my plan is to have 150gb of data but I’ve just revived a text to say that I have used 80% of it and I’ve gone to check on the app and it still says I have 150gb to use? Was I suppose to receive a new sim when I upgraded or has it not updated on the system because there’s no way I have used almost 150gb I’m confused

You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
