I would like to change my Accounts name, and email.

You can change the email by going to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and going to "Manage my details"

To change a name due to marriage, see help here O2 surname change

The reasons stated on the link are the only allowable reasons for a name change.

Any other reason would need a new contract to be taken.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
