Please can someone tell me where I change the username and password for my dongle. I am logged in to MyO2 but can't see a link anywhere.

You need to login to your dongle control panel.

When connected via dongle, type 192.168.1.1 into your browser.

Your dongle default login is admin for both username and password.

Once logged in, navigate to the security settings to change.

The IP address given above won't load. If I try to connect to the Dongle Wifi, I need a password and I don't know where to find it.

The wifi password will be on the paperwork that came with it or maybe on a sticker on base or under battery compartment.
The ip address only works above will only work when connected via the dongle.

Thanks so much MI5! The information you provided enabled me to set it all up successfully and change the password to one of my choosing.

The dongle's Wifi Key was inside it, and in miniscule print, but I could just make it out with a magnifying glass!
