Hi, I can't log in to my O2 account. It takes me to the security check page, where it says it sent me two texts, one of which will be a code to enter into the web page. Firstly, I never received any text; second, there is nowhere to enter any code on the web page; and third, when I click text another number, I cannot select a number.
I have called O2 support, and they tried to say use the app don't worry about the web page! I found that odd. When I pushed them to sort the problem, they seemed not to be interested and wanted me to start resetting my phone! bottom line, they did not fix the issue.
Anyone else having this issue? or any fixes for this?

It's a common issue.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Same problem and app not working either. And I don't use those social media. and the chatbot is useless. and they don't answer the phone.

I feel like they do it purposely to make it harder for you to pay without direct debit and then whack you with a nice row of late fees
