HI everyone, need a bit of help as customer service don't seem to know anything.
I clean forgot my security question and have been trying to reset it. I've tried both via the app and on the website through myO2 but no matter what happens I get an error message after inputting the new answer:
It looks like there’s an issue processing this request. Please contact our team for help with your online account, quoting reference IDF-12B.
I tried calling and they have no idea what this means and the only solution was to uninstall/reinstall the app and try again... Which made no difference whatsoever.
Anyone got any clues?
