Placed an order on Friday for iPhone. I’m new to o2. It was 3pm and paid for delivery on the next day delivery today Saturday 16th August. £8.99

 

they needed to do a security check. And this didn’t get done till today 16th. Now the brains behind o2 think because I paid for Saturday delivery. They think I want it delivered in 7 days on 23rd August. 

and apparently nobody in the whole world can change this. Impossible. 

what an absolute awful experience for a first time customer.

Spoke to 3 sales members. 2 cancellation members. Consisting of around 4 hour on the phone. 2 promised phone calls of managers calling me back. And nope. 

one person even said O2  Don’t even do delivery on Saturday and Sunday 😂
